Property Passes Required

DGS Security, in the interest of protecting State property, will be stopping employees who exit DGS-controlled buildings with State property.

All State employees are required to provide two (2) State property passes, signed by a supervisor, prior to exiting DGS facilities. Without the property pass, employees will not be allowed to take equipment out of the building.

Agencies are requested to issue a permanent property passes to laptop computer users. DGS Security will make random checks of employees with computer carrying cases. Click on the link to download and print the laptop property pass.
