Thank you for reaching out. Due to the large number of supplier inquiries to help and many unsolicited offers we have received, we request you register to do business with us in our eProcurement program: eMaryland Marketplace Advantage ("eMMA"), if you are not already registered.
You can conduct business there and interact with Maryland procurement officers in state and local government and higher education. You can respond to solicitations, procurement officer questions, receive amendments, respond to bids and proposals, and Procurement Officers can recommend contract awards. eMMA's 24x7 availability enables all suppliers and buyers to be fully functional in a virtual environment at all times. You can also communicate with buyers and procurement officers through eMMA and email to keep procurements running smoothly.
Also, in order to identify vendors and the products that they can provide during this pandemic, the Office of State Procurement has created a solicitation that will assist with sourcing the products that are needed.
If you have not done so already in eMMA, please search for Sourcing Project BPM020474, seeking personal protection equipment and supplies for SBR ONLY. You can also click here to access the solicitation directly.
Additionally, please submit eMMA or solicitation related questions to the eMMA help desk or the procurement officer responsible for the sourcing project referenced above.
We have provided you Quick Reference Guides (QRGs) to enable you to do business in a fully electronic environment. Click here to register and learn more here to manage your profile. Additionally, there are two eMMA online courses for vendors available on the Maryland Procurement Training webpage: Vendor Registration; and Submitting Electronic Bid responses.
